Myotech Wellness Studio is home to our own classes and workshops, and we’re happy to share the space. Located upstairs from Myotech Combined Therapies, it’s a warm, intimate space designed with wellness in mind. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 for yoga and movement classes, or up to 25 for seated events like workshops, support groups, and meetings. Available evenings and weekends, with free parking and easy access from Rt. 95, it’s a convenient and welcoming home for your next gathering.
