Somatic Breathwork Journey: An active, somatic experience to shift energy, move through what’s stuck, and return to yourself.
We all carry stress in our daily lives — stress that gets stored in the body until we release it. This breathwork experience is your opportunity to shift stagnant energy, move through what’s held deep in your tissues, and create space for clarity, transformation, joy, and deep connection.
This isn’t just deep breathing — it’s an active, somatic journey designed to take you beyond your thinking mind and into your heartspace. Led by Robyn Parets of New England Breathwork, you’ll be guided through a powerful practice that meets you exactly where you are.
What you may experience:
- A release of stored stress and stagnant energy
- Emotions rising and naturally moving through you
- A sense of lightness, clarity, and deep peace
- Connection — with yourself and with others in the room
This workshop is open to everyone looking to move energy, heal, and find comfort and connection. No experience needed — just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Please bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- Water
- An eye pillow or eye covering
- A journal or notebook and pen/pencil
Are you ready for a shift? Join us.
About
Robyn Parets
Robyn is a yoga, pranayama, and meditation teacher with more than 20 years of experience. She formerly owned Breathe Joy Yoga in Sharon, MA, and is the founder of Pretzel Kids, one of the fastest-growing children’s yoga companies in the United States. She is also a breathwork facilitator and energy healer, certified in Levels 1-5 with David Elliott. Robyn has sensed energy fields for as long as she can remember, and to heighten her perception she became certified in Meridian Yoga, Reiki, and Reconnective Healing®. She is also a certified PSYCH-K® facilitator, bringing energy healing to both group breathwork and one-on-one sessions. In her experience, breathwork and energy healing, when paired together, are the fastest way to peel back layers, release tension, and break through emotional blocks. She is excited to share this healing modality with others in classes, one-on-one sessions, and at retreats she hosts at beautiful locations, as well as at her lakeside retreat home, WeAre Buddhaful.
